Plan Implementations: We have successfully implemented and managed Employee Benefit Plans with enrollment ranging from 100 Members up to 5,000 Members. Robert Weaver companies, have implemented employee benefit Plans for numerous “start-up” Native owned casinos. The planning and implementation of these programs required extensive knowledge and experience in project management, insurance and self-insurance regulations and parameters.
Innovative Mechanisms: Robert Weaver companies have implemented a number of innovative plans and provisions that saved money for Tribes and Nations. Some of these are: Medicare Like Rates for Tribes with PRC clinics, contract negotiation with all vendors, on line enrollment and claim status queries, multi-year contracts with most vendors, plan design changes to address utilization trends. RWI has also developed and implemented Tribal Member Health Plans. Successful implementation of these plans provides affordable access to services that many members never have had through IHS. We consider these Tribal Member Health Plans our most rewarding achievements.
Key Communication: Newsletters, website, assigned project team members who will provide consistent communication with the HR, and management staff. RWI Benefits team includes team members with direct HR experience. Our team is available to assist the Comanche Nation HR managers at their direction to complete and coordinate HR management compliance.
