Saving Strategies

RWI is managing the insurance programs for several Tribes. We have consistently implemented savings strategies that have saved $1000 to $1500 per employee per year.

Some of these strategies are accomplished through:

1. Contract Analysis--cut out unnecessary middlemen and fees
2. Negotiate direct contracts with area hospitals
3. Negotiate vendor prices in conjunction with a national search for qualified competitive bids.
