Robert Weaver is the owner and CEO of RWI, a wholly owned Native American company. He is also a member of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma and his grandfather was Arthur Buffalo, the last hereditary leader of the Quapaw Tribe. Robert is available for speaking engagements and is already presenting at several Native American Conferences on Native Healthcare Reform.
